The Radical Candor model provides guidance on how best to give and receive feedback, how often you should do it, and the impact it can have on you and the person giving/receiving it. The purpose of this training is to foster one of our key behaviours, "use your voice", and treat feedback as a gift. With this training you will learn how to give and receive feedback based on the Radical Candor model.
