Product Discovery Goal

We aim to support product teams to deliver more user and business value. We help teams explore new opportunities to find better solutions, while also reducing uncertainty on selecting what to build next. This increases their confidence on the possible impact of their hypotheses and reduces waste through course correction earlier on.

Benefits for Product teams include….

  • Understand the value of product discovery and the need to balance it with delivery

  • Detect opportunities that impact OKRs

  • Identify and define problems and opportunities within the discovery process

  • Map potential impact of ideas on the user/client/business and make decisions on whether to validate the idea based on it

  • Use techniques to prioritise hypotheses and decide what to put in the backlog

  • Confidence to discard ideas cheaply and quickly to move to delivery
